Who are you?
I listen to a lot of R&B such as Brent Faiyaz and Omar Apollo, but also electronic music like Kaytranada. I want to find a sweet spot between all my artistic inspirations and incoporate melodies and composition frameworks from my own culture.
Where are you from?
I am from Shanghai, China. Recently hip hop is rising but there isn't much diversity besides old-time mandopop and some newer hiphop. I want to be the best at R&B, specifically rhythmic R&B/dancehall and be the first of my place.
