Can you tell us a little about yourself?
My name is Phillip Lovelock aka Raslock born 1988 in Hannover (DE) by a German Mother and an African-American Father. I started making Music when I was 14 years old rapping and singing about important topics like colonization and slavery.
2016 I met Mohjay da Producer (MPC, Hip-Hop Producer) the missing link to fill my lyrics with authentic and powerful beats. It was the beginning of a close friendship with many projects ahead.
2019 we co-founded a Hip Hop/Reggae/Soul
Band called “Vibez Delivery” with Achkar (Guitar), Vigo (Bass) and were playing many concerts/gigs and organizing events in Hannover.
I'm currently working on my Album "Journey to Unity".
It represents the forming (Journey) of Unity through consciousness awakening and introduces African spirituality and institutional racism in an honest and authentic way.
What I really want…
Influence many people in a positive way, leading them out of mental slavery. Supporting my family and my community. Bringing people together through my music and my message and motivate them to stand up for our rights to live as human beings.
What is your greatest source of inspiration?
My producer and best friend Mohjay da producer!
Thoughts on justification for the ontological necessity of modern man’s existential dilemma?
I just released my First single but been performing a lot on the street even with all the rules by the system to destroy the already broken music industry. We keep spreading conscious Hip-Hop!
