Can you tell us a little about yourself?
Jah7ive, known as Jahlive Boyd, is an astronomically talented artist from Philadelphia. He always had a passion for music but started to engage more into it in his sophomore year of high school where he used it to later express his inner rage and emotions. In the winter of 2019, 7 released his first mixtape titled “Project 7” which was a collective of 7 songs that felt most appropriately right after his summer releases “Rock$ta3” and “TA3NTED LOV3”. Glohan, the second track from Project 7 mostly set the bar for Jah7ive and his career; The song was a fan favorite for a long time amongst his community and supporters. He later dropped a 3 song ep called the “Takeover” featuring track“RSF” produced by artist friend “Mondmonddook” or dookesco. The song was a continuation of raw talent and vibe from the artist and his world of creativity. His most recent releases of mixtape “17+^!” and single “Respond” are very influential and well put together songs. They show his growth and confidence in his craft over the last few months. Hit song “Vvs” produced by friend Khivvs has been amassing a lot of streams and popularity recently and even replacing fan favorite Glohan as his top song. 7 claims to be from outer space and visits his home planet “Saturn”. He says to expect more alien and futuristic vibe in the future. #LUVISRAGE

I would love to just have a real fan base that I can interact with and eventually give back to as much as can.

How have your life experiences influenced your music?
My music is a representation of myself, my life, my rage, my character as a whole. It L’s my way of expressing myself due to a lack of expressing my emotions to others.
