Shawn Mendes “In Wonder” Documentary Coming Soon
Earlier this month, Shawn Mendes dropped the new single “Wonder”, the title track for his next album. The singer-songwriter’s track is a heartfelt ballad. Furthermore, there was an accompanying music video upon release. This video shows Shawn riding a train, heading off into a forest, and singing on the edge of a cliff in the rain. Most noteworthy, the album that is also titled “Wonder” will be released on December 4th, 2020. Additionally, this is the follow up to the self-titled album from 2018. It is easy to see why fans are excited after waiting two years for a new album.
Especially relevant is that Mendes has a new documentary on the way entitled “In Wonder”. The Canadian pop star will lead the Netflix feature. This documentary will showcase his chronicles from his fame, music, relationship, and the pressure he places upon himself. An artist’s drive to perfection can be quite grueling, however, balancing a healthy life off of the state is a necessity. This film will have it all.
Additionally, the film will feature different clips of performances. Something Shawn Mendes is known for as he puts his artistry first. Furthermore, there will be physical breakdowns showing what Shawn goes through on a day to day basis. This is important for fans to see because it humanizes an artist. Relatable content will develop Shawn’s massive fanbase even further creating a larger connection.
Moving forward, it should be expected that the Canadian Pop singer will have quite a few songs on different charts at years end. Additionally, it is certain he will top the streaming charts as well as radio airplay due to combined interest from a new release and the documentary.
