Don’t know is in my opinion an uplifting song when I was making it I wanted it to be a song you could listen to no matter what mood you may be in at the moment. I also wanted to show the world that I’m next up and I’m here to stay with this one.
Dream collaboration?
There’s a long list but I’d want to collaborate with Drake the most. (Or Kendrick lol)
Where is home and what is the scene like?
I’m from Brockton Massachusetts. The music scene out here is ……..interesting😂. There’s a lot of hate and a lot of people who copy the trends being set by mainstream artists BUT there’s also an extremely diverse selection of artists that have mastered their own style. There is a lot of untapped potential and talent out here
How has living life influenced your music?
Growing up watching my mother struggling really did something for my spirit from a young age. Watching her pain as well as the rest of my family as well as the pain the rest of the world was in hurt me to my core. And I wanted to change that in any way possible and I’ve always had a deep love of music and always knew how much music can affect a person in a positive or negative way. So I chose to make music to have a positive impact on the world. There was a stretch of years where I was in a DEEP depression and that had an immense effect on my music and that experience made me into the artist I am today.
Favorite movie?
My favorite movie is paid in full. I most identify with ace because I feel like we’re the same in many ways. He was a young black dude that was tired of working a low paying job that wasn’t getting him anywhere in life and he found something that he was good at and took over the game and that’s what I aim to do with music.
