Where are you from and what’s the music scene like there?
I'm all the way from Johannesburg, South Africa.
The music scene this side is quite big and very exciting and energetic. We have the likes of Black Coffee, Cassper Nyovest, Nasty C and a lot more I am sure you've heard of.
The only thing our industry needs, is branching out more and distributing music globally, have world tours, an also receive our revenue in USD.
Musically, as South Africans we are very gifted.
How have your life experiences influenced your music?
My life experiences have shaped my music in a positive way, I have learnt to make music more about things i have went through in my life, and that has given me a positive outcome because people relate to my music.
