Tell us something about you that fans should know:
I make relaxing, atmospheric electronic music. My music is meaningful, emotional, and impactful. It comes from the depths of my experiences as a young man. Like everyone, I've been through a lot especially in the last year. I'm hear to be a small part of the healing process.
Where are you from and what’s the music scene like there?
I'm from southern Indiana. There's a small music scene here, but a great one. I was born and raised here, and there's something special about it.
How have your life experiences influenced your music?
I got my start in a heavy metal band called Aegaeon. Started the group with my friends at 18 years old, and we toured all around the world and amassed several million streams online en route to a pretty successful run. I left the group in 2014, but remain friends with the guys and write my own music now.
My grandfather died of Parkinson's disease last year, just 2 months after his wife of 59 years. I had quit my day job to take care of them in 2018. That experience completely changed my life, and then last year I became a father. The wisdom from my grandfather, and the spiritual gains from becoming a father have made me a much better musician, and I am writing and releasing more material now at 30 than I ever have.
