Tell us something about you:
I have always had a strong passion for music and as I grew up I learned different techniques and that's when I knew I really wanted to have a place in the music industry. I've always been big on being different and standing out from the rest, and just reaching out to people with my music and making them feel like their not alone. When I write my songs I want people to feel comfort, happiness, and joy because even though I'm not physically there to say “It's going to be alright” I want my music to speak for me and just change that person's life in a good way.
I was originally born in Scottsdale, Arizona, but then I moved to Virginia. I grew up listening to a lot of old school music as well as R&B music, and I have always had a passion and love for music. Music here in VA is mostly R&B and Rap etc.
I remember when I was younger and I used to sing all the time in front of family and friends, and I remember them telling me that if continued to work hard and persevere that I would get to wherever I wanted to be as long as I worked hard for it and was serious about it. And I was. So I continued working on this beautiful art of mine, and I gained enough confidence to perform in front of my entire middle school and high school. It was such a beautiful moment for me. And I remember standing on the stage and just thinking to myself, “This is where I want to be”, and ever since then I never stopped working hard. I didn't give up. I persevered.
