C.Wood is an upcoming artist from Leeds, UK. His passion for writing began during a challenging time in his life and he transformed these real life issues into ground-breaking music. With true passion, a unique flow and reality in his lyrics, a lot more is yet come.
From initially releasing his debut single – 'Inner Demons' in June 2020 and then his second single 'Inner Spirit' in July 2020, soon turned his attention to putting together an EP as he wanted to show his fans the versatility he holds and also give them an insight to the ups and downs in the life of C.Wood. From this, he created his debut EP – 'ILLEST' (featuring 7 tracks) that dropped 29/01.
After gaining recognition – the track ‘ILLEST’ was played on the BBC Introducing show on BBC radio Leeds.
This is only the start of what is to come.

I’m from Leeds, the hip hop scene is on the up in the area, Graft recently won Rap Game UK and was signed by Play Dirty records. The scene is growing by the minute and i think in a few years time there will be many Leeds rap artists on top.
Being Bipolar, I use my moods as a starter for what sort of moods I’m going to set in my music. All of my songs speak around mental health as I have suffered throughout my life with it, all I speak on in my music is life experiences.
