Diverse, differing styles, don't have one particular sound. Like to surprise. One of kind, of my ethnicity, background, city, delivery. I strive to be different.
Where are you from and what’s the music scene like there?
Edmonton, primarily. Toronto-Vancouver I bounce back and forth. In terms of music scene, in Toronto it's primarily Hip Hop/Jamaican influence. Houdini, Killy, 88GLAM are all innovators. But because Canada is so diverse, there's a ton on Arab hip hop, Gujarati hip hop. Punk rock. Can't be painted with a single type of brush.
How have your life experiences influenced your music?
Anyone can mess with my stuff. Whether your in the hood, in the burbs, in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jamaica, NYC. I can speak several languages, lived in the top of the top. And the bottom of the bottom. Dealt with Harvard majors and killers serving life. I strive to bring that to my music.
