Who are you?
Ever since I was a kid, I've been coached to play sports and, more accurately, ice hockey. I'd been playing that since I was five, but something has always drawn me to music, more specifically dance music. In the hockey locker room I always took on the role of "DJ" and I motivated the boys well.
It all started around 2016, when my cousin showed me the Ultra Miami Festival for the first time. I was completely overwhelmed by the atmosphere, by all the musicians, and generally became more interested in the dance scene. In time, I began to realize that just being a listener wasn't enough for me. I wanted to create music, mix it, and have a kind of "control" over it.
At the time, I got my first mini DJ controller from my parents. Using YouTube videos, I started to learn how to mix music, choose playlists, and overall I understood the system of how my favorites Djs play their sets. But that still wasn't what I was looking for.
It wasn't until I came across music software that could fulfill my imagination and creativity to reality that I realized that was the direction I wanted to go in my life – Create my own music focused on dance genres inspired by names such as Julian Jordan or Calvin Harris.
If you're reading this right now, you're only at the beginning of my journey, a journey that will be long and winding, but I'll give it my all.
Where are you from?
I am from the Czech Republic and the dance scene has really blossomed here over the last 10 years. Countless foreign stars come here every year. This year, Martin Garrix or Armin van Buuren.
