Real D was also known as REAL DIRECTION, REAL DEEP IN SPIRITUALITY OR REAL DEAL. He came to Montreal in the year 1991 with his parents along with his brother and sister for a better future and education.
His style comes from the east and west coast background since the early '90s and he is influenced by the mighty veteran rappers such as The Mighty Wu-Tang Clan, Jay-Z, Rakim, DMX, Big Pun, The Lox, Cypress Hill, B Real, Lost Boyz, Killah Priest, Canibus, Mobb Deep, Beatnuts, Infamous Mobb, Bone Thugz, Nas, 2 Pac, KRS-One, Ice Cube, Ice T, Snoop Dog, and Biggie Smalls to name a few. He is an independent lyrical producer who graduated from Musi Technic (A well-known Sound Engineering college based in Montreal) and who is ready to show the world what his unique miraculous style is all about. He has the power to strike your spirit to a high standard for the better. He never stopped visualizing his dream mission which is to heal the mind through music and sound frequency vibrations (HSFV Formula) meaning Healing, Sound, Frequency, Vibration. He is known for spirituality, knowledge, and wisdom. His parents were very supportive during his rough stormy years and this is why he is still doing what he loves the most which are producing music and rapping in the highest purest form.
If you could reach any goal in 2021, what would it be?
I would like to be recognized by the industry as a rapper, music producer, actor, scriptwriter, and revolutionary icon. I worked so hard for the past years and it is time for serious execution. I am no longer waiting after my mission because I know the time is now. I don't doubt myself because I am aware of my natural talents and abilities. I planned my moves years ago. I had the strategies on lock. I am actually executing with no hesitation. The rap game had too much violence unfortunately including disturbing killings and homicides. We lost many gifted rappers sadly. We have to do a new movement through music and it is simply to inspire and motivate the new generation to go after their dreams and to remain peaceful without being violent. I know deep inside the light is coming because God said so.
What is your greatest source of inspiration?
My life experience. The East And West Coast Rap including Down South.
How have your life experiences influenced your music?
Whenever I faced difficult challenges or I had a bad day, I express myself through rap music. I write my lyrics, I produce my music to the fullest as my life depended on it. I am glad that I faced darkness in the past and I can express them through my tracks so that I can save other lives out there. Music is not only powerful, but it can heal the world even with the COVID-19 pandemic which destroyed many lives. This is the best time for creators to step up and use their talents in a positive so that the world can transform into a paradise and not an eternal hell which is not God's intent.
