Can you tell us a little about yourself?
I am Thomas Nguyen or Guap Foreign( my stage name). I am from Tucson, Arizona, and where I'm from there are not many artists with success at all. I'm quite young at 15 but I know I have what it takes to really be the next big thing. I'm really decided and dedicated to this and I love the process. I want to be able to show that I can do what people say I can't. Many people doubt me because of my ethnicity(Asian) but none of this bothers me because I know with hard work and practice I can defiantly make it. I know most people might think that i don't have what it takes at 15 but I know I am much more mature mentally than a lot of other people.
If you could reach any goal in 2021, what would it be?
Develop a solid fan base and really improve my craft. I would also like to be able to upgrade my studio setup so i can make more quality music.
What is your greatest source of inspiration?
My parents inspire me to always give it my all. Another inspiration from a musical standpoint would be Lil Uzi Vert. I love the way he expresses himself and never lets other hold him back.
How have your life experiences influenced your music?
I'm not going to lie, my life has been really solid and my parent have always taken care of me well. I just feel like the lack of stars in my area and my want to be able to provide for my parents makes me want to pursue this.
