Tell us something about you that fans should know:
I'm someone who can and will give you tastes of a bunch of different sounds because I love all of the sounds that I grew up on. Everything from Trap & street music to samples & soul music, R&B included. I'm a lyricist, a wordsmith, I play with similes and metaphors all day to make the music interesting and engaging, but I speak on everything from being down bad and having to do what you have to do, to keeping it player, being about your money, to love, hate, and everything in between. Early Drake, Kanye, Big Sean and Jay-Z were my favorite artists in the most important part of my developmental stage as an artist.
Where are you from and what’s the music scene like there?
I'm from Milwaukee, WI but I mainly operate from Las Vegas, NV. The music scene in Milwaukee is crazy, it's been growing a lot over the past 10 years and producing some seasoned and industry ready talent; Von Alexander, Sharrod Sloans, Mudy, Chicken P, Genesis Renji, Camb & Lakeyah among others. The city is divided by styles & interests but each side has its crowds and when things are done right, they come out in droves. Shows are fun and eclectic, the music is sharp and focused. It has a real Midwest sound, the soul and grit that you would expect from Chicago and Detroit, but in it's own way.
