Tell us something about you that fans should know:
Hi! My name is Lê Gia Huy, better known as BÔN, an electronic/dance music producer from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I first entered the music scene at the age of 15 with my first single "Anata Wa" signed with ULMTD (a division of Diversity Recordings). Follow up the journey, I have stopped making remixes to focus on producing good, quality original mixes which have given him an opportunity to appear on quality record labels and famous labels in Vietnam such as Diversity, UXN, and RioX. 2020 marked a boom year for me, as "If You Love Me", "Full Control" and "All I Want" were added to Spotify's Electro Mix, bringing his music way closer to audiences from around the world.
Where are you from and what’s the music scene like there?
I'm from Vietnam. Vietnamese music is thriving more than ever. Steeped in a rich history of classical musical traditions and facilitated by the development of popular music post-Vietnam War, it encompasses a diverse variety of genres and artists, with Hanoi and Saigon becoming the cultural epicenters of today.
