The Benu is a bird in Egyptian Cosmology/Mythology that is the prototype of the Phoenix. Like the Phoenix, the Benu consumes itself in flames and is reborn from the ashes, ushering a new age. My music brings the best of the old into the new giving the light of the fire within, the energy of renewal, and burning the stuff in our lives that need to be left behind. My music will always be about light, love,and liberation.
