"What's up, BassBoostBros?"
The voice on the other end of the line sounded like it was coming through a tin can. It came out distorted and garbled, but I recognized it as my good friend Brandon. He loved bass boosted music, so much that he would use "bass boosting apps" to strengthen and deepen the already booming sound. His motto: louder is better! For him to be calling me late at night meant something was up–something big.
I answered eagerly with a cheery, "Hey man!" But before I could ask what this call was about his words began flooding in one after another until all I could do was sit back and listen to his story.
Where are you from and what’s the music scene like there?
I am the hottest Bass Booster in all of Norway. My name is BassBoostBros, and I love to get down! I always play my music at full volume so that everyone can feel the bass coming through their chests. You know? It’s like they’re feeling my sound waves with their heart beat! But sometimes when I do this, people turn on me in rage because they think my music is too loud. So one day I decided to find a perfect place where nobody would ever complain about how much noise or bass they hear from me.
I was walking around Bergen when suddenly it hit me: the ocean! Nobody will ever complain about any noise near water because they can just go for a swim
