Tell us something about you that fans should know:
One man band. I like to do everything from the floor up. But I’m always open to help of course. I love moody, deep, ominous music, that bumps. Get your heart going.
Where are you from and what’s the music scene like there?
I’m born and raised in NYC, birthplace of hip hop, so I bumped classes 90s jams my whole life. Spent some time of my childhood in Southern California, San Diego, and it helped expand my already deep fondness for alternative music. It grew me to develop an eclectic taste in music that reflects in my work.
How have your life experiences influenced your music?
My mom was 15 when she had me in 1995 in New York City. Music was all around me. My grandma was in her 20s in the 80s, so of course she was always playing the good stuff. Phil Collins, etc. kept me rounded.
