Who are you?
Praise Nyeomasila (Seven VRSE) born 2nd July 2004 is a Nigerian hip hop artist that started in 2020 creating music by recording into a mobile phone with sounds not common to the region, including Rock, lo-fi, soul and of-course hip hop. Regarded more as a contemporary alternative artist, untethered to conventional music stereotypes.
Where are you from?
I'm from Abuja, Nigeria where the most common genre of music is Afro and afro variants, but I personally took a liking to Hip Hop and rap from listening to artists like Juice WRLD, Trippie Redd, xxxtentacion and then funny enough Nirvana (at the point when I started messing with Grunge Rock). I have a clique of artist friends I do music with e.g Clxff, Jade to list a few with whom I have lots of features with. With the progress I've made in such a short time from 2020 till now, I will be a big name in the nearest future. For Sure!
